Kuwait Gas Co. wanted customers to order LPG cylinder deliveries from their phones and see exactly where their delivery was.
For the business, the same app needed to manage incoming orders and follow drivers in real time, so deliveries could be handled quickly and predictably.

The challenge
Real-time GPS tracking only works if location updates keep arriving. Across Kuwait, connectivity varies, and the tracking had to stay reliable in areas where the signal drops.
The audience was also broad. The ordering experience had to be simple enough for a diverse range of users to place an order without help.

Our approach
We built the app in React Native, giving one codebase for both iOS and Android, so customers could use whichever phone they already had.
Live tracking combines Firebase for real-time data with the Google Maps API for location and mapping. We designed the tracking around variable connectivity rather than assuming a perfect signal, so the customer's view keeps following the driver as updates arrive.
On the interface side, we kept the ordering flow short and clear. With such a varied user base, every extra step or unclear label costs orders, so simplicity was a design requirement, not a nice-to-have.
The whole product was delivered in four months.
