Overview
Paiza Group runs a growing multi-level marketing network. Its members needed one platform for digital payments, commission tracking and managing their downlines.
The product had to work on mobile and the web, and it had to handle money in a way members and the business could trust.

The challenge
In a multi-level marketing network, commissions flow through many levels of participants. As the network grows into the thousands, the commission structure becomes the heart of the product — and the part most likely to cause disputes if it isn't clear.
The challenge was to design a commission system that was transparent and auditable, and that would keep scaling as the network grew.

Our approach
We treated transparency as a design principle rather than a feature. Members needed to be able to see how their commissions were calculated, and the business needed records it could audit.
The platform pairs a Flutter front end — giving a consistent experience on mobile — with a Node.js back end that handles the network and commission logic. Payments run through Stripe, an established payment provider.
Downline management was built into the same platform, so members can see and manage their network alongside their earnings.
Over ten months, we built the product to scale with the network rather than for its launch size.

- Transparency as a principle. Members can see how commissions are calculated, which builds the trust a network depends on.
- Auditable by design. Commission records are structured so the business can check and verify them.
- An established payment provider. Running payments through Stripe keeps transaction processing on proven infrastructure.
